Data Privacy

General data protection

It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (such as name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect data from access by third parties.
The use of contact data published as part of the legal notice obligation by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly rejected. The operators of the sites expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags via an interface and thus integrate other services into our online offering (please refer to further information in this privacy policy). The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) therefore does not yet create user profiles or store cookies, for example. Google only learns the user's IP address, which is necessary to run Google Tag Manager. Service provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; website: https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/; Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will abbreviate your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

You can prevent cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Google Ads and conversion measurement

We use the “Google Ads” online marketing process to place ads on the Google advertising network (e.g., in search results, in videos, on websites, etc.) so that they are displayed to users who have a presumed interest in the ads. We also measure the conversion of ads. However, we only learn the anonymous total number of users who clicked on our ad and were redirected to a page with a so-called “conversion tracking tag.” However, we ourselves do not receive any information that can be used to identify users; service provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; website: https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/; Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
